When we started our operations on March 15, 2005, we set out to bring innovative and practical solutions to medium and large companies to improve their business processes. Our lines of solutions included ERP, Consulting and CRM Software, Consulting and Call Center Software, Knowledge Management Consulting, Content Management and Mobile Solutions.
At this stage we had the opportunity to represent Fred Newel, recognized as the father of relationship marketing, consultant to global corporations, author of best sellers on CRM, customer loyalty, marketing in the age of the Internet and mobile phones. In the seminars, consultations and conversations with Fred, our passion for customer relationship management, or CRM, was born.
So, we realized that we could make a great contribution to small and medium-sized companies, supporting them in their growth. Thus, in 2009, we combined the knowledge in commercial management acquired by our CEO when he worked in transnational corporations, with his experience in consulting and CRM implementations, and we decided to transform our company and focus on CRM solutions for medium and small companies.
In order to make our solution – business management and loyalty consulting + CRM software – accessible to medium and small businesses, we chose to use the free (free) license software vtiger CRM. Since then vtiger already had the complete functions of marketing, sales and customer service.

CRM is a fundamental piece in Digital Transformation. Aligned with our purpose of helping companies grow, we are working on enriching our CRM solution, incorporating both best customer management practices and technological facilities such as artificial intelligence, analytics, customer experience, among others.
He has participated in more than 140 CRM implementations in companies of different sectors, in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and the USA.
In his professional career, in transnational business consulting and business applications companies, he led high-performance commercial teams, and was rigorously trained in world-class consultative sales, marketing and customer service methodologies.
